The JRA and the Canadian Junior Angus Association work together to have an "exchange" between juniors to attend the Canadian National Junior Show and Round-Up.

If you are interested in applying for "sponsorship" from the JRA to attend the Canadian Junior angus Showdown, please read the following requirements and send in application if you are eligible. 

Requirements for sponsorship to the Canadian Junior "Showdown":

1. Must be a current, active member of the JRA (emphasis on active)
2. Must be at least 18 years of age or travel with a parent
3. Must have attended a minimum of two Round-Up events.

Selection will be based on JRA involvement including but not limited to:

1. Round-Up attendance and participation in contests and events
2. National Junior Show
3. National Red Angus Convention
4. JRA Essay Contest
5. JRA Photo Contest
6. Summer Jobs Program
7. Essay Contest
8. Contributions to the Red Generation and ARA Magazine

Additional consideration may be given for listing “extra curricular” Red Angus-related activities.
