Data due in the office no later than September 30, 2010.

If you would like the report mailed, please let us know ASAP!!!

• Female which have not had a 2009 fall calf or reason code reported.
• Any cow on inventory will be inactiviated unless one of the above items is reported with regards to her Fall 2009 production.
• Information not received on a cow's 2009 production, a reactiviation fee will be required for reinstatement, plus the current year's annual assessment.

To Do Check List:

• Calf record through at least weaning, include calves born dead or that die before weaning, with disposal code for the calf.
• Reason code if they did not have a calf - Open, ET program (donor/recipient), or moved to Spring calving season.
• Genetic Defect statement bod must be checked for data to be processed.
