Proposed changes to the Grain Inspection Packers and Stockyards Act (GIPSA) have the potential to impact the added value infrastructure that has been developed over the last decade through the Red Angus Feeder Calf Certification Program. Producers are encouraged to become informed on proposed changes and voice concerns to ensure appropriate consideration is made in the ninety day extended comment period.
