If you would like the report mailed, please let us know ASAP!

• In order to guarantee inclusion in the Summer National Cattle Evaluation
• Data on paper must be received no later than May 3rd, 2010
• Electronic data due no later than May 10th, 2010

To-Do List:

• Report data after you wean calves and fill worksheets out completely
• Genetic Defect Statement box must be checked for data to be processed
• Indicate one of the three THR requirements for each dam – Calf record through weaning, Reason code for the dam, Disposal code for the dam
• Non-owner bull permits must be on file, for animals to be at Registered status
• Indicate whether or not you want certificates to be printed at this time
