Elizabeth McGibbon of Green Valley, Arizona, is a sophomore at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The daughter of Micaela and Andrew McGibbon and a fifth-generation southern Arizona rancher, she raises registered and commercial Red Angus. Izzy is an animal science major with minors in Nebraska Beef Industry Scholars and Engler Entrepreneurship. She is a true leader of the beef industry and hopes to continue to promote the many benefits of Red Angus. She looks forward to serving the industry well into the future.
