Very nice group of 14 Commercial Bred Red Angus Heifers for sale! Great frames (moderate-large) with awesome feet under them! These girls all have really good disposition!
They are bangs vaccinated. This fall, they were given:
- Ultrabac 8
- Virashield 6VL5
- Oral Valbazen
- Poured with Clean-Up II
They are bull bred to Low Birth Weight/Calving Ease Registered Red Angus Bulls (sons of Profit Builder). Confirmed pregnant via ultrasound by Turtle River Vet. Exposed to the bulls from July 15th - Sept. 2nd. They've been on a great salt/mineral program. They have free range at Purina Wind & Rain Availa 4 mineral and Trace Mineral with Iodione salt blocks at all times. During the summer, they had choice of Purina Altosid tubs to control flies. Since pasture, they have been getting alfalfa/grass hay. Recently, they have occasionally been getting some cracked corn in the bunks. They're averaging 1,000-1,200lbs currently.
